Application Requirements:

  1. Current United States or Japanese undergraduate student.
  2. Demonstrated interest in Japan and U.S.-Japan artistic and cultural exchange. Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively with artists and program managers.
  3. Previous experience living or studying in Tokyo. Comfortable commuting via public transportation and taxis in Tokyo.

Interns will report to the Arts Program Coordinator at the International House of Japan, and the Associate Executive Director of the Japan-U.S. Friendship Commission, as appropriate.
